Cancellation, Return, Refunds and Exchange Policy

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
• No refund shall be made once goods are sold.
• All products once purchased are non-refundable.
• All items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Charuta maintains the right to cancel an order if it cannot be fulfilled due to specific circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a timely communication regarding the cancellation and any applicable refund.
