Shipping policy

At Charuta, we value your desire to receive your products promptly and in excellent condition. To fulfill this, we have established a vast network of reliable couriers who strive to provide you with the best service in the shortest possible time.

 Here is an overview of our shipping process:

  • Once we receive your payment, we promptly process your order within 24 hours unless the saree is on the loom.
  • Within 48-72 hours of processing, we ensure that your order is shipped out and we will share the tracking details with you.
  • Our trusted courier partners are responsible for delivering your products, aiming to complete the delivery within 5-7 working days. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally lead to slight delays in their delivery schedule.

Rest assured, we make every effort to expedite the shipping process and ensure that your products reach you as quickly as possible.

Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping charges anywhere within India is INR 200 for order value upto INR 9999
  • Shipping is free above order value INR 10,000
  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail within 2-3 hours.

International Shipping

  • Please send us a message on Whatsapp at +918796804869 for international orders and deliveries
  • With the global fuel crises and varying policies, shipping charges will be calculated at the time of the order.
  • We use BlueDart or DHL for our international orders
  • Orders are dispatched once a week, post dispatch it takes 7-15 days to reach the destination. Unless fall and finishing request is made by the customer through mail, in that case it might take longer depending the time it takes for the finishing.

  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail within 2-3 hours.
